Overview
A young girl lives under a strict daily schedule created by her mother to guarantee her entry into a prestigious academy. Her life is entirely structured around efficiency, study slots, and future career targets. Her neighbor, an eccentric retired aviator, disrupts this routine by sharing stories about the Little Prince. The girl learns about a boy who lives on an asteroid, cares for a rose, and travels to different planets. When the aviator falls ill, the girl uses her mother's study planner to track her journey to find the Prince. She discovers a world where adults have forgotten their childhood and restores the Prince's memory.
Takeaways
The mother's rigid schedule tries to turn her daughter into a perfect student, but it completely sucks the fun and creativity out of being a kid. The old aviator shows up and throws a wrench in those strict plans by sharing his whimsical stories, showing the girl that life is about more than just checking off boxes. The adults the Prince meets on his travels are so focused on their narrow jobs that they completely lose their sense of wonder. By breaking free from the pressure to constantly perform, the girl learns that love and friendships are what really matter, finding a healthy balance between growing up and keeping her childhood imagination alive.
